An engaging presentation of all the policy options to move forward. Such an indepth coverage , but tailored to be appealing to all concerned , is necessary for the development of a national consensus on economic policies.
Dr Sherif disclaimer that he is not an economist is hardly supported by the presentation. In fact economists need to analayze the issues away from the abstraction and the theorization.
